The daily reward time just reset to 24 hours again instead of going to the next one???

    Yep. Same. The rewards also aren't listing the amount of any given currency we're getting. Something about them is off this month in more than one way.

    Log in yesterday at 5pm pacific time and the reward says available in 24hrs. Log in today at 5pm pacific time and the same reward still says available in 24hrs.

    Are you going to allow us to actually claim anything this month?

    Same here.

    There I was, playing an alt of mine, looking at the daily rewards page... "Oh, five minutes until the next one trigegrs" I think, "Let's play a little bit longer so I don't miss it..." - and after ten minutes I start wondering, and check... "23 hours and 54 minutes until next reward", except its not the next reward, its the reward I should have gotten five minutes ago...
    ...
    ...something seems a bit iffy there.

    The same happened yesterday, only I thought it was maybe a "end of the month" thing... what to do? Maybe not logging in daily? Though wouldn't that kinda defeat the very idea of daily log-in rewards?

    LOL, at least you can log in, there are 1500+ people who cannot even login and they are not addressing that yet....

    Maybe the reward is that we finally logged in today....

    Same, did a /bug in game.

    Yesterday I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to get a reward so kind of shrugged, today the timer had been counting down then just went back to 24 hours LOL - Zeni, please could we have a week where nothing messes up or is that too much to ask? Thanks :)

    Same thing for me. Yesterday started with a 24 hour countdown timer. 24 hours later, won't let me collect day one reward and new 24 hour count down.

    I play PC and the counter simply reset. Mother plays PS4 and the counter also reset for her.

    You are correct. I posted Gina's response above which said that they reset at 8pm EDtT, and that didn't happen. (in case you didn't read the entire thread above)

    Well...takes forever to login and the rewards are down. PVP crashes me back to dashboard and then I have to wait forever in load screens to get back in the game.

    Time for a break and see if this will get fixed soon or we wait for the incremental patch in 3 weeks....

    Now can you look into why it’s taking between four and ten minutes to arrive at my character screen when it only takes 12 seconds to do so in World of Warcraft from the Battle.net launcher?

    it's not just the character screen. In game zone loading times are taking over 10 minutes a time for me.

    Plus add me to the reset on daily rewards with no daily reward.

    In case it is relevant, I noticed that there are no quantities indicated on the daily rewards calendar - last month stuff indicated like Alliance Points (1,500), or Tel Var (250) or Gold (400) or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion (25) - I can't recall the exact quantities involved, but am using those for illustration.

    This month's offerings do not indicate any quantities of items, which seems strange - or at least different to how it was last month.

    Same here. PC/EU. PC/NA. Yday and today 20h cooldown for first reward, not possible to get.
