I can't log in at all, just sits at character selection and never loads. I reset the game, hard reset the Xbox, nothing helped.

Can't even get to character selection screen now. "An unexpected internal error has occurred"

It says “all services available” in network settings so I’m guessing this is an ESO issue

Did the works to fix it. Still long loading. I timed one sign in for 17min 46sec. Lol

Yea it takes forever, really annoying, they do not seem to care and rarely address the console community or drop us a line. I have older xbox one and a ssd.
