Weird Magical lights (Video)

Hello, and good day all ,

So some time ago I fell to a mystery of some weird magical effects that sparked from my character's hands (Sparklies) that a glowy like illuminating affect. See video:

Never did find out what it was. Only happened to me in a specific corner on the stairs inside the shrine of Saint Veloth.

It's a quest related visual, as I recall.

@starkerealm , Oh ok. Well that makes sense. I don't think I've had it but it was weird to see it popping off like that. Gave me a scare when I first seen it, haha. I thought I was being attacked !

It's still worth mentioning that the effect persists in the quest location even after you have completed the quest - it probably shouldn't. Always raises my neck hair too when I run into that place and I suddenly hear that sound.

I get the exact same effect as the OP in certain spots in Deshaan,and certainly Veloth related.

I want to say, "if you check your character sheet, you should see the buff from the quest pop up." But, it's been a few years since I took that step. I can take a look, if I remember, later today.

Well it would be interesting to know. I would like to know if it was a quest I have already done or if it's a secret quest (if one even exists) that I could run. So @starkerealm , you believe you can view a buff while in there that may lead to the mystery of the effect? Interesting. Don't forget to record and or take snapshots
