I do enjoy the addons the PC has but my question is, which version should I stick with?
My current PC is a Lenovo laptop that plays it all low with med subsample which makes it a tad blurry but I get around 30 to 60 fps. My PS4 is well a PS4 and no gfx settings so it looks a lot better and I do not have enough to get a new pc. Either way I play it, will be on a 1080 flat screen and both versions look good even with the PC on med subsample though my laptop gets super hot. ugh not sure which to stick with...

True, but in OP's case also overheated laptop. Without knowing specifics, that laptop may not be designed to support those stresses.
no add-ons with ps4 or 5. If you buy PC version....DO NOT buy from STEAM, buy from ESO website.
Intel graphics card? Stick with the PS4. Oh wait. You still have it for PC so why not just play on PC and see how it runs for you and how hot it gets. If it causes to much issues then go to the PS4.
I was on PC went to Xbox One. Now I am back on PC just because I miss the map add on. While they both look the same if you put it on TV, I feel the PS4 version will look better since I don't think the Intel graphics card will make it look better. I could be wrong so that is why I say try the PC version first but feel the PS4 will play more better looks wise and play wise.
