Stamina sustain for Khajiits stinks. It's the reason I finally deleted my only Khajiit a couple of days ago.

Both are very good races. With a stam sorc, you’ll be doing a lot of melee combat owing to the spin-to-win nature of hurricane. Therefore, you’ll get more from redguard’s stam return passive than khajiit’s sneak attack.

Redguard, for the max stam and sustain. Khajiit crit might be nice in PVE but not so much in PVP. Now go obey dear old dad's ghost, and kill your treacherous uncle before your dilly-dallying around gets everyone killed, Hamlet.

I can pass this along as I was told from a very well knowing source. For a WW build Nord is the best hands down.
