Everything is turning black

Since summerset when I port to my house half the furniture is just a black mesh. I thought it might be just me but other people that port in see the same thing.
after going to a few other friends home the same thing is happening. To fix this I have to log out then log back in and the textures might be there.
This is on xb NA is anyone having this issue?

✭✭I'm not having any issues with this, and I'm on XB NA. I am, however, using an SSD, which helps immensely with load times as well as loading of objects/textures.0
