Fishing Skill Line

how about having a fishing skill line. Maybe get valuables other than Perfect roe when you cut fish. have skills when you unlock increase your chances of perfect roe. Also maybe have a slight increase in perfect roe chances or double fish caught for those with master angler achievement. I'm sure you guys can come up with something to make fishing outside summerset desirable. maybe even a new motif like you did in Summerset. one would level up the skill by fishing.

Would love something to show (other than a title) after we get our Master Angler. A skill line opening up afterwards would be nice.1 -

...fir fishing alone it would seem to have too little meat to be worth it, but... perhaps a "gathering" skill line that affects more then just fishing?
Like, with one passive that gives you better drops from all "prey animals", no matter if the fish you catch of the deer you hunt? And other passives for other gathering support, like increasing your chances of something nifty (like furniture resources, nirncrux, etc.) being found in plant gathering and ore mining and such?
And more passives that might be interesting for a "gatherer" type character? Like one that increases the chance for rare regional motiv drops, or something like that?0 -

We already have furnishing items dropping from fishing holes.
We already have gunny sacks, Pynadonean bottles, and psijic parcels dropping from fishing holes.
We already have a good that gives us an increased chance of dropping rare fish.
I'd like ZOS to continue adding rare drops like the Pynadonean bottles to replace the very lackluster wet gunny sacks. Otherwise I don't think a skill line is needed because the only skill needed to fish is patience.0 -

✭well they could make it more like fishing in other games where more than just a press of a button reels in a fish. or passives or skills that increase your chance of getting perfect roe or other treats like the bottles. or maybe catching two fish at once, etcEdited by volkeswagon on June 29, 2018 8:59AM0 -

✭✭I like this idea I have been playing since console release and don't have master angler title as was really no incentive to do , if there was a skill line I might then try0
