Does this ability actually do anything for anyone ? I've tried equipping 4 assassination abilities and it doesn't raise my crit rating at all

LunaRae✭✭✭✭I reported the bug last night, but basically leveling up the ability gives you +1% crit chance regardless of assassination abilities slotted. So the text is wrong, and the ability sucks. Given their track record for fixing problems I doubt this'll get looked after anytime soon, but fingers crossed!
