Not Necessarily all intractable ( I can pick out mat Nodes and Books easy), just Containers with things in them, or that can be opened at all (I.E not empty). I Find myself spending a lot of time, checking every single bag or chest because, I, for some reason, can not easily tell the Difference at a distance.

Hummmmm, What about something like you said, say make a Bigger, Brighter, easliy noticeable reticle when you hover over a object at range? so instead of spending time looking at every item, you could sweep the room and see if there is anything?

Only thing I've noticed is that if something is empty it will look as if it has already been opened (well, except sacks and crates) or in such cases it won't give you the open to open them.

You'll still have to wander up and look at things, but at least you won't be opening empty containers.
