Orc racial passive Swift Warrior applies to...?

howdy folks,

i have a Redguard stamSorc, but i'm thinking about changing the race to orc (am a fan of Orcs). that racial passive (Swift Warrior - Increases your damage with melee weapon attacks by 4%) makes me quite intrigued. but i have read somewhere in the Forums that the Swifft Warrior passive applies only to light and heavy attacks. then again, i have heard from players in game that it applies to all melee attacks, meaning abilities as well (two-handed and dual wield). does anyone know if that's the case (abilities), or is it just light/heavy attacks with weapons?

It should be any attack under 4-6 meters, and looks like a melee attack.

But if course zos has been known to add bugs to procs. Like before Summerset, imperial red diamond passive didn't proc on templars jabs when it initially did. So you'll need to test

Some are obvious but a few are not.
