I'm guessing you don't camp out either. Judging by who got them in this thread, they went to people who contribute to the community, unlike me sadly. Recognition is a rare thing in this world, I've reached 50 in my profession and usually only draw attention for the mistooks I make, all the good stuff is buried in in internal memos, which if I didn't have awesome colleagues with fat fingers when sending mail I'd never see.
