I have not paid attention to this, does the ESO+ ever go on sale for PS4? If it does, around when and typically what is the sale % off is applied to the standard pricing.

I think the only "discount" I know of is buying multiple months for a slightly lower monthly rate.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
