Well i do like the Tattoos ingame and would really like to show them off but they are invisible (more or less) as a vampire.

How about the tattoos go above the vamp skin so they would pop out more?

Like a layer above the white skin?

Yeah, there are a few that cut through the vampire skin more effectively than others. And, some that actually go over it entirely.

To be fair, I've been running the Psijic body markings on a vampire, and it look pretty good. But, that is also pretty flashy.

This is a skinned Tattoo (clearly from a dead) and it still is visible
So don't come with "Yeah but you are literally undead and that's why your skin is pale)

Tattoos in this game really need to be improved if they're ever going to be used.

Body Tattoos are impossible to see with most armors/costumes, greatly limiting their overall appeal. Add to that that certain races as well as Vampire can't effectively display them anyways because of the screwball coding and it just makes a meaningless cosmetic item even more meaningless but considering that a fair bit of these tattoos are purchased with REAL MONEY, it should be something that should be looked at as it's an absolute slap to the face of the consumers if the item they purchased is not working correctly and no intended fix is implemented.

oh my, that's well creepy, I get why some people may want them preserved after death and more power to them if the dead person gave consent, but they give me the willies.

Thanks for the post though, we all need to be made uncomfortable at times. Like when getting a tat.

there were even creepier ones tho' like full body japanese tats skinned from head to toe xD

Agreed that be awesome or maybe ad different tattoos (lorefriendly) you can color/resize/reposition.

My dad has two tattoos on his shoulders that he'd like me and my sister to have after he's gone.
Always considered it a nice thought, but seeing these I'm not so sure

Wow! I wish you would have told me this before I got all my personal tattoos... I wasn't aware that people couldn't see them when I wore clothing. Thanks for letting me know.

Run free as the day you bought your first bikini set through one of Tamriel's urban thoroughfares or in a dolmen/zerg rush for the truly extrovert (tattoos>sloads) or just change armour in a crafting station for the independent-minded. Personally I go to Deshaan and dance with the Nord in the firepit whenever I get a new tat.
