Well this seems little weird for dungeon timers - 1 hour waiting time to reque
I finished a daily pledge it being Direfrost keep, returned the quest and got my skillpoint, left the group since it was finished. Now to wait for an hour to be able to reque, are you serious zos? is this intentional or just really stupid screw up? xD

Daily random just reduce your reward.That might be until the daily bonus resets. I've never had any issues chain queuing for dungeons.
This look like an bug, note its lock out time, not estimated wait time who is bugged, as it can say estimated 1 hour for healer on pledge dungeons.
Lock out should be 15 minutes if you left dungeon at once, or fail to join
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
