Purchased Standard Edition in ESO store but Morrowind is inaccessible. No response from support.

I purchased ESO Standard Edition (includes the Morrowind Chapter) in the ESO store but I can't access the Morrowind region. In the Crown Store the Morrowind DLC is not greyed out. I submitted a support ticket 11 days ago, but not received any response since. (only an automated message after 2 days) Ticket number: 180616-001241. Support is on holiday, or what? :)
