cant log in from another PC

Ok, so I can't log in from another PC since it tells me I need to enter activation code because it's new machine. The thing is I'm not getting that code (neither in my inbox nor spam folder).
I am getting all other mails from ESO but not the one with code (tried like 20 times now...)

Can ANY moderator / admin or w/e fix this...?

Posting it here sine tech support pissed on me via email (I've explained them I'm not getting activation code and in reply I got copy-paste on why it ask me for the code and that I should check my email >.>). after that - no response for over 24h...

    Ok, this is getting ridiculous, I just got second reply to my email with some moron trying to explain me one more *** time why my acc got locked and that I need to enter access code.

    I DID NOT GOT ANY EMAIL WITH ACCESS CODE, CHECKED IT AND TRIED TO REQUEST THE CODE LIKE 40 *** TIMES ALREADY

    I think the way ESO security system works is it checks to see if your PC is verified. You verify a machine by logging on for the first time then ZOS sends you a login code (which is not the same as the access code you bought) to verify your computer.

    If you switch computers, you will have to verify the new computer.

    ZOS hasn't really spelled out what they check specifically but the usual things involved are a fingerprint of your computer and your ip address. So if any of those changes, ZOS's security feature kicks in.

    you just did exactly what they did.... xD yeah I'm aware of that, and as I said - I can't verify new machine cause I'm not getting any email from them

    You could try changing your email address and then sending another activation code.

    Make sure its not in your junk mail folder too.

    Otherwise, there is not much we can do if it's an issue their end :neutral_face:

    Can't even do that, can't log in to my acc from any PC anymore so can't even change the email address >.>

    The only thing I can still log in to is this forum.

    CAN ANY *** MOD READ THIS?

    this has happened to me now as well, just after the patch. I am assuming my provider is bouncing us around again, but thats not the issue, not receiving the code is. Patience is wearing thin, up untill this point every issue, bug or otherwise has been dealt with in a quick efficiently professional manner.

    I've send them like 5 emails now, and even 3 call request, 0 answer.... >.>

    This is *** ridiculous, I bought the game than I can't even log in to >.>

    Well, I'm just not going to bother, I paid for the product that I've never received, gonna just give them max 24h and call my bank to recall the payment, looks like there's no other way to deal with it...
