We need a response on servers already

I'm not trying to complain I'm really not, in my opinion out of all mmo games I've played this is by far my favorite game.
But to be blunt the servers are the worst servers by far for a mainstream buy to play game. Between the bugs and server lag and high pings it feels like a Korean free to play game.
From my understanding console is really really bad. I play on pc and have been getting hit left and right with ping spikes and random fps drops.
Let's face it, these are bad servers. Can the developers please please communicate with us, are you trying to upgrade soon? Switch to new servers soon? Do anything with the problem so many players are facing?
I have a great custom built pc with pricey high end internet so I don't lag in games, I did my part. Now please Eso help me actually play better.

I have been doing a lot more dungeons than usual... I have no problems in any PvE activities, but I froze in Cyrodiil twice during the hour that I spent in there tonight. I’m on Xbox NA.0 -

on xbox one when so many other players cant even play the crap you mustve modified that poor thing. or got lucky and got one that actually works right.0 -

Disconnected 3 times an hour in Cyrodiil. This has become typical since the update. Before Summerset I dc’d only ONCE since February.........
Not as bad in BGs, only one disconnect in about 30 matches....however ******** ZOS was sure to give me a 20 minute deserter penalty.........................

RedGirl41✭✭✭✭This game is 100% broken right now. Maybe questing doesn't have freezing but pve had dc and freezing and PVP is just about unplayable. I've been playing this game since launch on ps4 NA. hundreds of people have tried to get Zos' attention with petitions, forum posts, eso+ cancelation and no response.0
