Battlegrounds Group Queue Broken

Last night me and three of my buddies were trying to play bgs on PC NA. The queue was absurd. It took like twenty minutes or more between matching, but the real kicker was, we were constantly finding matches.
We would all accept group queue, it would say waiting on x, everyone would accept queue , watch the number count down to 0 and then it says "forming group" then bam flailed to join group. Rinse and repeat for like 30 minutes until it would actually form the groups.

✭I don't get salty much but zos... like fix your game. Cyro lags like crazy and now it's a chore to find bgs match with my friends
It's like you're trying to kill pvp in this game. Put some *** effort into it.0
