Max Magicka / Max Health food not buffing properly

At the very least the Mistral Banana Bunny Hash and the Melon Baked Parmesan Pork are not buffing my character properly.
Both food should give 5395 health and 4936 magicka. Instead I'm getting 1297 health and 1340 magicka.

Mordred101✭✭✭Confirmed to be due to bugged potions. Removed potions, ate food again and everything is fine.0
