Redeemed code but didn't get eso+ and Bristlegut Pig pet. Wrote 2 tickets with a break in half an hour and guess what support did? They closed them both as duplicate.

But will smth fall off, if you write "yes, dude, we *** up, sorry, we'll do something about it." A day without paid ESO +, and *** support didn't send me a word.
It typically takes at least 24-48 hours or so for them to get back to you, which is perfectly normal. Expecting an answer within 30 minutes isn't realistic. Its kind of your own fault for submitting them as duplicates.
@Vapirko, so i should wait for 1-2 days without benefits i paid for? That's not right attitude customer should get.
I lost a day of eso+, lost a day of comfort gaming and they were ignoring this for 3 days.
