Is luck a attribute/factor per account that effects how much rare stuff you get?
I have been playing for a while and I have just now realized that I get much more nirncrux and writs than my other friends. Just today, after only 5 minutes in Craglorn, I chopped a log and got both a potent and a fortified nirncrux and then I got 1 more potent less than 3 minutes later NO JOKE. And the other day, I got 4 out of 6 master writs. I even got an imperial motif near the beginning of my game. My friend on the other hand stayed in Craglorn for almost an hour and only got 1 fortified. She also never gets any master writs and even has mastered all of the skills. We are wondering if the creators of this game have put some unfair luck mechanic in so that random players get more stuff. About the only thing I have not gotten is an Aetheric Cypher, but who gets those.

✭The 'R' in RNG is random.
But, yeah, ESO seems wonky in the 'G' part as well (Generator).2 -

There does seem to be some weirdness with how ESO generates random data, so some accounts will be, "luckier," than others in certain ways. This has to do with how the game generates it's random seed, and I don't think anyone in the community can fully explain what's going on. The short version is that RNG in ESO tends to be extremely streaky. So, you're hot until you're not.0 -

At 100 nodes, your margin for error will be greater than the drop rate for Nirn.0
