Craglorn normal trials are a good start I think. So that would be Sanctum Ophidia, Hel Ra Citadel and Aetherian Archive. You could also give Cloudrest or Asylum Sanctorium a try. It would be best to run them with a organized group or guild that gives you explanations, but you can also do those trails with zone chat groups easily, just that you usually don't learn much in those groups which gets problematic should you want to got to veteran later. Looking up guides definitely helps as well and should make it a better experience, but is not really necessary for most normal trials.
