it wasnt just the raid that broke thats the issue. the whole dang game broke. it couldnt remember where i was in the world or anything. its like the server just decided to have amnesia and forget everything i already agreed to. i sent them a book for a ticket but i aint done gina and jessica are gonna get a message too cause im completely irritated.

It seems to be raids that are a focus for it, which is weird, because raids have a chronic history of framerate and connection issues all their own.
As for the messages, if your subbed, unsub. Only way a company learns is if it's bottom line hurts.

Just an FYI, ZOS doesn't depend on subscriptions... hence the reason they are all about the Crown Store. They can make more in a single Crown purchase than make from a person in a year of subbing.
