I need to report an exploit, but dont wanna write about it here. Who can I pm? Tried gina but no answer

    Report it from in game "Report bug" option or just type /bug in game

    If you use the Ask for Help option, you should get an email eventually from ZOS that you can reply to with further info.

    If you use the Report Player option, you get an email from ZOS, which you can use to reply with further info.

    Either way, starting a bug report in game is helpful when you talk to the devs, because you can refer them to your ticket number.

    So how can I report if both my friends in Cyrodiil and I'm the only one knowing. I saved one from doing it. But was to late to stop the other. But good chance the other hid inside PvP keep. Really unsure. It just keep was flared and say my friend killed a yellow and another one tried getting in keep. I stopped 2ND person and got teabag for doing it. I don't want to report because they my friends. I might let it slide? Especially unsure how my 2ND friend got in keep. Maybe from hiding on enemy outside walls?

    Sry for the necro.
    Im kinda lost. So i accidently discovered a major exploit, like really bad one. It happened twice to me now, and in a scale that i get scared for my account.

    I made an ingame ticket, well thought its a ticket. It shows up under
    Feedback - Thank you for your Feedback - This ticket cannot be reopened or updated. If you need further assistance, please submit a new ticket.
    in the My Support page, which somehow tells me noone will read it.

    I found this post, but when writing a private message i am limited to only one receipient. I dont wanna copy/past spam that to ppl who might be slightly not intrested in it.

    Ticket number is

    180622-002319

    Id happily provide more information, there isnt much space in the ingame thing for a propper report.
    Would anyone be so nice to forward that to ppl who care?

    If you use the "Ask for Help" option, you should eventually get an email from ZOS Customer Support that you can use to forward extra information and evidence. I've done that when try to discuss exploits like the old cross-faction queue bug.

    As far as I can determine, ZOS has removed the "Report Player" option from the in-game <F1> Help and /bug features. But we can still choose Exploit as a category on the Feedback menu.

    I tried the "Ask for Help" option. That turned into a "real" ticket which is "Waiting on Agent" for 11 hours now.
    (180622-003999)

    I only had the options "Charcter issue" and "Report Player" there. Both did not really apply, well technically i could have reportetd me for exploiting, didnt seem to be the way to go.

    Additionally i tried reporting my other post here to get some attention. Did not really seem to help.

    Does anyone have experience about similar "bugs" like when u could reuse surveys w/ the mobile banker. Did it work when u tried to silently inform the devs that something is wrong or does it need a forum shtstorm to get a response?

    @eso_nya try pming @ZOS_GinaBruno, thats how i reported.

    Also if its that bad, try not to mention to other ppl, they may try to replicate

    Well, ideally you want to report the exploit and then move on. Don't use it. Forget it even exists. You won't get an answer to your ticket, but I guarantee you that they will read it. Maybe not right away, but they will read it.
