Twitch drops enabled?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but are Twitch drops still happening for ESO?
The FAQ says that the game category will have a green banner to the right hand corner of the cover image, which I don't see for ESO. So far, I haven't seen any streamers with "Drops enabled" either. Anyone have any luck recently?

Ostacia✭✭✭✭✭Good question! I watched Alcast earlier today but didn't think about getting a crate until afterwards. Haven't gotten one. It'd be nice if they would do them again. I enjoyed getting the gems hahaPC/ NA
