Magblade controls stop working in cyro pvp eu

My controls keep stopping working in cyrodill pvp eu.
I can run and my stamina drains as i do (not holding sprint), once my stamina is at 0, my skills and light/heavy attack work again.
This is occurring around once every 5 mins during combat.
Im using my magblade with a healing staff
While this is happening all my skills are greyed out.
I could not find any related topic (but did'nt look that hard)
