vFL (veteran Fang Lair) HM, no death, speed achievements

Hi, I'm looking for tank and dds to do the achievements, HM is the hardest HM achievement from all the dungeons so please know tactics, have done the vet dungeon before at least once,
have awesome dps and have some time as it is a pain in the doughnut, last phase is just ridiculous, but the personality is worth it. We will start with HM, and if we can do it, the rest should be easy.
