Why doesn't Vorundil spawn at reapers March lokation

I logged in and out several times but no vorundil. Also no scroll at vampire shrine reapers March to start vampire quest. Please fix this issue

✭✭✭Try also to leave Reaper´s march and come back again. Don´t know, perhaps this could solve it.5 -

✭✭✭Perhaps you could try contacting game support, and see if they can fix it. Seems like a bug to me. Let us know if they can solve the issue.5

aciddragonSoul ShrivenI know this is an old post, but I was wondering how you fixed your issue with Vorundil. Aka - Found Vorundil or through customer service?
I'm currently having a similar issue with Vorundil not showing up in Bangkorai at Evermore. I've searched the web and everyone states he should be outside the city.
Just not sure if it's a bug or if I'm failing to do something else first. I'm infected - I've killed myself, left the zone, logged off and back on, checked at different times of the day and night. The only thing I have left is checking at a different lunar cycle. It's waning cycle now.
I thought finding the Blood Fiends was suppose to be the hard part...0
