    Definitely PvP. You can complete the same dungeon over and over while expecting the same content but you can't face off against the same PvP player over and over without facing off against multiple builds/strategies.

    Don’t get me wrong I love PvE but I really want to improve at PvP without resorting to proc sets etc. So generally PvP is what keeps me interested in the long term

    There should be an "other" option too, I like both PvE and PvP, the sense of progression in both keeps me glued along with the excellet lore The Elder Scrolls has.

    Mostly the people, secondly the content.

    I tend to PvE more than PvP these days only because I don't see anything new or fresh in PvP and after two years straight of riding around taking keeps it grew stale.

    Story and group content are the main pulls for me past my friends though. Also the forums, the forums are always fun.

    ESO is like an abusive love hate relationship. You want to quit because if a plethora of things, but the game is just so awesome when it does work.
