Convert Steam Account to ESO account

Not good evening(for me of course, and thousands of steam players). Could you please provide us instruction for converting broken steam account to worked eso account? I dont want to wait several hours with steam account when it will be fixed, because from my secondary eso account i can play.

And please - remove your game from steam, because last week this game got 60% negative feedbacks and it is only 'flowers', 'berry' will be a bit later -> 99%

I have already opened a ticket about this. Before doing this I asked myself: Do I exaggerate? No, because this issue has been going on for months and people at ZOS refuse to fix it. And before you jump in to say this is Steam's not ZOS's fault, I DON'T care. The problem is between them as players with direct bethesda accounts are not affected. I don't need crates, like I didn't want an extra anniversary week event. I want to play the game I am supporting through my wallet (game, chapters, eso+). The least they can do is unlink our accounts and spare us the wasted time and frustration in front of the login screen every few days.

I guess they do not refuse to fix it. They seem unable to fix it.

Dearrrrr developers, another question. Can i move my collection (only collection - mounts, wears, opened dlc, no crones, no items, no more) from steam account to non-steam account? I want to play but i cant. I dont want to wait and click as idiot to login button and see 'try again later'. I want to get eso+, but on steam account i already dont want to paid

I would like to know as well, this is getting beyond outrageous... it's bad PR, it's bad for the community, it's bad all around. Give us an option to get rid of steam. Please.

If you purchased the game through Steam, we are not able to transfer your account to a non-Steam account. The current issues affecting Steam users are being looked into. We are closing this thread as further discussion can take place here.
