No guild sales emails after update (UPDATED)

I filled my guild stores at 9pm last night (monday the 18th). The store interface shows I've sold 15 items, but no mails. I've relogged, turned of addons, all of it. No mails at all.

I've also been hit by the bank bug last week, losing 5 display cases and an Alinor Bookcase, Timeworn.

Can the game at least not take my inventory and mail away please?

Update: Well, there's a new glitch! Use the banker, but your stuff doesn't go into the guild store! I've lost a valuable bank deposit (yes, the interface SHOWED IT IN MY BANK, but not there the next day!) and about 60k worth of store listings (yes, ym shops showed as full, but were not the next morning, and no sales - btw took 2 hours to sift through 2 guilds worth of data manually)
Both occurred when I used Mornudur, the banker in Alinor. May just be bad luck, but I'm not using him again.

ZOS Customer Support is the only way to regain the items missing from your Bank account. So you must contact them through the in-game <F1> Help > Ask For Help, or by leaving a message via their Support portal. I don't know whether they can investigate the matter of the missing e-mails.

There is one statement in your remarks which I do not understand:
The store interface shows I've sold 15 items, ....
There must be something about the Guild UI that I have overlooked, because I cannot recall any way to know whether an item which I've offered for sale has been sold.

Of course, I do remember specific items among the approximately 150 which I am offering to sell at any given time, and I might notice that one is no longer listed. But with so many items listed among five Guild Stores, the absence of any one of them is easy to overlook. So, a sale usually comes to my attention only when I receive an e-mail from the Guild Store with the net proceeds (GP) attached.

Oddly enough, sometimes the addon Master Merchant discloses that an item has been sold even before the ZOS system has got around to sending an e-mail to me with the GP attached. There is so much latency within the various parts of the Bethesda/Akamai megaserver system now that even re-logging a character does not always retrieve all pending e-mail messages for the player.

Please read my sig. It would have saved you a LOT of typing.

    And FYI:

To look at sales history: in keyboard UI (does not work in gamepad) open your guild tab, select a guild, go to History, select Sales (All). To page through there is "show more" at the bottom of the page. I can look at about 24 hours worth of history before the client crashes.

I can look at guild store interface because I fill my stores to 30 (full) every night before I log off. If it's not 30 when I log on in the morning, I sold stuff.

My MM wasn't loading either. Thanks for trying but really, please don't assume everyone who posts here has no clue.
