Toon paralysis?

On several occasions now, my toon can still move and jump but I can't attack or use any of my skills. Sometimes they just return, other times I've had to reboot. Has anyone else experienced this?

✭✭✭✭✭It’s lag. The game has been a mess on console since Summerset launched on the 5th. The game will be patched tomorrow, which should (hopefully) improve performance a bit.1 -

1) roll dodge
2) bar swap
3) options menu

✭✭✭✭✭Generally speaking I reccomend either going into the crown store (As this seems to break most active effects) or Reload UI.
If neither works, restart the client entirely.0
