Why don't I get kill credit if the game crashes while I am in a dungeon???

Seriously, firstly my game has crashed 4 times today, great patch ZoS.
Secondly I am trying to do my pledges but my game keeps crashing.. I ran up hit a boss a couple of times and froze.. then when I returned the boss was dead but no kill credit?????? Why don't I get kill credit????
We had to restart the whole damn dungeon because of the stupid crash just so I can get my pledge credit.... this no pledge credit problem is maximum frustration on top of the frustration with all this constant game crashing. I do 99% of the dungeon but its completely meaningless because this one boss died while I wasn't connected. I can't finish a whole dungeon without the game crashing and if I crash at just the wrong time then I have to start the whole dungeon again just being a single boss died when I wasn't there... FIX IT!

It was the middle of the fight, I started the fight then just stopped and died, they wouldn't of known I had gone just that I was dead.
I have had my allies, not wait for me when I have been crashing over the last two weeks (rather than just today) in dungeons. Once in Volenfel. I crashed just before the temorscale then I had to go find another PUG to run the thing and the other time was FG2 we defeated the spider daedra and by the time I was back they can killed the nord boss and had just started the final boss I had to sprint through the whole dungeon while getting attacked by all these adds to make it to the final boss before they killed her and I failed to complete the pledge.
For those two at least I was on my tank so finding a group is fast on my DPS it takes an hour to get a group I can't just get another group if I don't complete the pleadge.
I don't get to tell them "oh no I have crashed" I just freeze and crash they have no idea what has happend to me. My internet isn't exactly stable either, I have had plenty of disconnects as well. *oh no it's raining I guess you don't get internet tonight* So any group will have no idea if I am going to be gone for just a minute or out all night.Edited by Narvuntien on June 20, 2018 11:19AM1 -

Same in Trials, most players get screwed last boss drops due to game crash or disconnection.1
