Random kicks from game

Seriously getting tired of getting randomly kicked out of the game. This, on top of random freezes, and random infinite load screens (not talking about Cyrodiil) has cost me Surveys, and maps in Malabor Tor, and Rivenspire. If I get randomly kicked, I don't get an error it just sends me to the Login Screen. Since it has been happening, everytime I get close to a Survey or Dig spot for the Treasure chest I run around a bit, for a few minutes, to see if the game is gonna freeze or kick me and then I go for the Survey items to pick or the chest. About 50% of the time it freezes or kicks me right as I touch the damn thing. I even try to sends in Reports as soon as I log back in and when I am half way through typing my report....it kicks me again...… This is super frustrating and I am timid about going to get any Survey I get (Clothier, Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Jewelry, etc...) or treasure map since this game is appearing quite spiteful to me as soon as I touch the items I was seeking in question.

I too facing problems today since last 2 hours, unable to go beyond character selection screen. It says 'unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.'

Though today net seems to be working as good as a highly unreliable 10 MBps connection can work. I am on ps4 NA server.

I recently had this problem again and went searching for an answer. This is what fixed it for me:

What I did which got me working was as follows:

    1. disabled IPv6
    2. rebooted modem, and confirmed IPv6 still disabled
    3. deleted all the host.developer files from the /Launcher/ directory for ESO
    4. opened a Command Prompt (run as administrator) and did a ipcofig /flushdns
    5. rebooted computer
    6. ran the launcher and did a repair
    7. launch the game via the eso64.exe client (not via launcher)

And since then have not had any issue's at all. For those who have disabled IPv6 but not had any improvements, try doing steps 2 to 6 that I did and see if that helps.

Also note - both launcher & eso64 files are set to run as admin as well. Try setting them to run as admin as well, might also help (do so prior to doing the repair).

Thanks to @Kamatsu who posted this back in March 2017.

Btw, I had this problem on both the NA and EU servers. Always disconnected within 10min straight to login screen with no error raised.

Yeah now Steam players can't log in again....wow, just wow.
But I will try the steps above that EricV has suggested and see if it helps improve any crashes, freezes, random kick to login screens, etc.... Thank you for the tips in advance.

I've said it before, ZOS should take 6 months off adding new things to the game and spend that time fixing this bugs they have now

I crash if I get remotely close to a Keep in Cyro thats UA from all 3 sides

Just got a random kick to load screen again, I was just looking in my Guilds Store. And about 10 mins later, again while looking in a guild store, it kicked me out of the store, my character became unresponsive then froze..... so fun.

Okay so I tried EricV suggestion up above and can say I get less freezes and random kicks, but I still get them. Just an update for those of you who have the same issue, but feel iffy about trying the above instructions.
