So from the latest patch notes...
Item Sets
Fixed an issue where two or more players using Arms of Relequen or Perfected Arms of Relequen could not both apply stacks on the same target. Arms of Relequen will now deal 200 Physical Damage of Harmful Winds per stack on a target generated by the caster.
Im not quite sure i understand this properly. It says that 2 players could not BOTH apply the stacks on the target. So does this mean that one of those players is completely losing out on the 5 piece bonus on this set meaning in a raid setting only one stam should be running this set? Im quite confused. Because last night we had 3 stam in our group running the set and 1 out of the 3 was hitting about 4k harder than the other 2. Or is there something here that im understanding. Please help as my quilds almost got HM vMoL done.

XGCAlbatr0ss✭✭✭Anyone? Please help, were heading back in there tonight and need to know if our three stam need to swap sets ( me and two others). If this is the case than swapping to different sets will increase dps by alot

✭✭✭Prior to this fix, Relequien was NOT capable of being applied by more than one person. Now, this is no longer the case and should be apply to be applied by multiple people at once. Haven't tested personally if it is fixed or not so I cannot give confirmation.Argonian forever0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Before: there can be only one "Relequen effect" on the target. So different players wearing Relequen were only refreshing this same effect. Not applying a new one like they should. Under theese conditions it was no optimal to have more than 1 Relequen in the group.
Now: everyone get's their own unique "Relequen effect" and only they can refresh it. So you can bring as many DDs with Relequen as you like.0 -
