@ZOS_GinaBruno and/or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom just wondering if you're aware of a 505 error in your ESO Community Guide News Article announced 5 days ago? It's been that way for a few days.

It's fixed but fair warning to all:

Don't quote the error message or the humor that was added to include actual picture images by ZOS themselves, it will get you in trouble.

Haha! I saw it too, just figured they'd fix it right away. The story about the helpers was funny and the picture reminded me of the beta monkey pet that we got from beta access. Wonder why you got in trouble for that? It was their own error description. That's odd, must be a new CS rep.

I think it was actually the Jester's Day one, with the purple vest. I should have taken a screenshot but I was busy at the time.

Why would that be? It's just a custom error page for error 505 created by ZoS, the same for errros like 404. Kinguin has a page too with highly trained pinguins.

Getting in trouble for telling what kind of error page there is seems very unlikely to me, unless you have good reason for it! In that case tell this one :)

I just quoted the first few words verbatum of the Error 505 and as the image was of the Jester's Day "pet" with a hardhat and a banana in its hand (or at least it looked like a hardhat, could have been the crown), I was "warned" for apparently calling ZOS employees something inappropriate, when I didn't even mention employees. I only quoted the first few words (which was highly amusing) of the obviously playful error message that was created by them. I even put "quotes" around the statement. Had I known I would get in trouble for quoted something they obviously created themselves, I would have not even bothered mentioning the error. It, by the way, was fixed within the first 45 minutes of my reporting it.

@ZOS_JesC Apparently I'm not the only one who's seen this error message, though my reaction was not as dramatic as this person's. So again I say, the warning was unwarranted. However, I was wrong in thinking that the humor of the error message was ZOS, instead it is a YouTube attempt at humor.

Though considering those of us who participated in the closed Beta all were given monkeys as non-combat pets... you can see where the amusement came in. I'm sure even @ZOS_GinaBruno would find the connection between the two funny, as she's been around long enough to know about the in-game pet.

People really need to stop being oversensitive and assuming negativity in people rather than seeing humor as a positive thing.
