Update results in error 1005, repair results in the launcher crashing, what do I do?

I have a report to attach from the assistant if you guys need it.

I ran repair and now the game Says I can play, but hitting play does nothing. I can't even launch the game, nevermind log in.

I've also missed several days being unable to log in as it is, any suggestions for what we should do?

    Figured out the error is being caused by a corrupted 64 bit eso game EXE.

    That windows says I dont have permission to delete, change or etc.

    I'll attempt a restart and try again. But for now I'm manually starting the 32 bit application to play. This shouldnt have to be the case.

    Also the latest patch introduced huge issues with Reshade.
