Notice a glitch with the trait research

Ever since the Summerset DLC came out, I have been noticing a glitch with the trait research at the crafting stations. For example I go check to see what traits are completed and it will show that I have 0/3, 1/3 or 2/3 traits being researched, but when I travel to a different location it says I already have 3/3 traits being researched.

This is because the mailbox only refreshes like once every 10 minutes...unless you travel to a different zone or relog...which forces an instant refresh.0
