Desr Eso community,
Today i found an article, where its described, that TESO uses that software, which not only collects data bout game, but User behavioir, playibg times and more. Thus not beeing declared to users is a harm of privacy, that should not kept quiet. Can any of the official community mods explain, why n how that Software is used, and if there are any plans to revert that.

That isnt correct, we discussed about this somr weeks ago in the german Forum. For all information about the collected data you have to write ZOS a official Mail, otherwise you will not get a answer.Edited by Senaja on June 18, 2018 10:39AMDie Legionäre

That being said, we are still investigating how to use this technology in the future to grow and sustain ESO more effectively. When/if we do so, we will give everyone a heads up with clear instructions as to what it is doing, how it is doing it, and how to opt-out should you so desire.
Check out the patch notes on Monday for the notice that Red Shell has been removed from U18, and we will keep everyone posted – and again, my apologies.
