I'm worried about it, too. I can't log in tonight, either, and I've been at work all day so this is my only last chance.

But I'm hopeful they'll do what they've done in the past, which is to extend the crate offer by a day if there's a major service disruption during an offer.

Take it easy, I'm pretty sure they know people will be upset, & they'll compensate. They have in the past; no reason why they wouldn't this time.

Bummer. This also puts us a day behind on the "daily rewards" schedule. Was looking forward to getting those 5 Psijic crates on Saturday. Now have to wait until sunday.

ONLY got 2 crates because SERVER WAS OFFLINE ALL SUNDAY!
Submitting a TICKET, because wasn't my fault, wasn't Games fault..
IT WAS STEAM.

Did you read the notice Gina posted today? I think it included how Zos was handling the crate issue.

Edit: yes it is there. Just double checked.

As mentioned in this thread, we plan to grant all Steam players an extra Psijic Vault Crown Crate since not everyone was able to login during last weekend’s giveaway event. These crates will be delivered to your account after the next PC maintenance, tentatively scheduled for July 2. We are closing this thread and further discussion can take place in the thread linked above.
