So after reading 100s of nerf sorc threads, I thought Id make a Sorc Advice thread.
I have a MagSorc that i have used for years, and after 1.5 years of break, I want him back in PvP. I almost have a Lich set but i can't find a Necklace and no one wants to farm it with me lol.

So I am working on an Overload build.
5 Piece Elegance
5 Piece Shacklebreaker
Molag Kena
Any Magicka Recovery Helm/Shoulder
All divines with Atronach stone.

What's a good sub for Lich for now?

    I haven't seen a single lich necklace drop in about 100 runs of CoH.

    I have had the rings drop constantly. I've even got three Restoration staff of Lich in decisive, powered, infused etc

    WTF!

    What i've been doing is I am able to get to the final boss on Veteran, and I have a map of all chest locations in the dungeon. Ive been soloing it for over a week now. The dungeon is very easy solo able and very do able. But the final boss duo is very hard without a tank or healer lol.

    the quest for COH 2 gives a blue neck...do that then upgrade it. problem solved.

    LOL already did the quest on all toons.

    Plus that search for Purple Grains tho

    Does it? Where do I pick up the quest from? I must have already done it on my main toon...don't remember getting a necklace.

    Elo been a sorc since xbox release.

    You need to take a step back and completely redesign your load out. I've been running spinner lich infernal g and willpower for as long as i can remember. Yes it was over powered but I think the nerfs have been to much at once. They should have brought them in one at a time to find a good balance rather than nerfing nearly every skill and how sheilds work.

    It also works with lich instead of shackle just slightly less stam and stam recov.

    Ehh, with Spell Strat, sorcs are OP again until that shitt gets nerfed like everything else. Enjoy the Strat while you can if you're using it. However, 1 mil plus gold for each of those shitt staves and jewelries, you all are out of your ffing mind. Hey, your gold, not mine, and to each their own. Every time there is an overhyped and glorified set that comes with a new DLC, the greed and price mega-gouging commences. Ha ha
