Food & Drink bonuses don't behave correctly (Tristat food vs Witchmother)

Hello folks.
So I noticed I was missing some resources from my build and was curious to see what was wrong. Apparently, food bonuses aren't calculated correctly! Check these two pictures (taken one after the other, I just switched the food, and am currently wearing Lich Skoria and Spinner so nothing that affects food buffs directly.

This picture shows my stat pools with Witchmother Potent Brew (3511 Health, 3192 Magicka, 319 Recovery)

The latter shows the same pools, but with a Capon Tomato-Beet Casserole (4462 Health, 4105 Stamina and Magicka)

With some simple maths, 4105 Magicka - 3192 Magicka = 913. I should have at least (not considering 20% bonus from CPs, 8% from Siphoning passive and 3% from Racial passive) 913 more magicka with one food than with the other, but you can see that the difference is closer to 600!

The same applies to Health. 4462-3511 = 951, but the difference is closer to 600, and it doesn't account for my passives (CPs 20%, Shadow Passives 6%, Argonian 9%).

The Stamina increase is also less than what it should be (again, referring to the tooltip from the food without CP bonuses). I should obtain 4105 Stamina, but in fact the increase is from 10263 to 14154 (3891 increase).

So yeah, food buffs and the bonus calculation on them seem to be rather bugged: just for reference, I was in a Battleground earlier (so without CPs) and I think this might have an impact, although I am not sure.

Just for reference, the picture was taken in Deshaan (no Campaign bonuses, no Battle spirit)

I am pretty sure that the 20% from cp is multiplicative, not additive, like the rest of the percentage boosts in the game, so the math would look like

((food buff number * 1.2) * the rest of the passive percentage)

    try that math.

If you read the numbers I posted though, the tooltip difference (951 for Health) should be larger than the actual difference I get on the final numbers (19552 - 18962 = 590). So there is something wrong even BEFORE the bonus calculation

    UPDATE:
Everything else being the same, I've asked a friend if he found this bug and he advised me to eat the two different foods in my backbar and then switching back to my main bar. This is the result and apparently it fixed the problem.

As you may see I have my numbers back. Very strange bug. Nothing else was changed.
