Can't get into Cyrodiil -any ideas?

I'm a level 11, and I made it briefly into Kyne. But now I cant get into any of the campaigns. When I try to join, it kicks me back to the options menu. I've put in a help ticket, but was hoping someone had some ideas. I've reloaded ui and relogged with no luck.

    Nvm. complete shutdown, clear cache and another reload ui fixed it
