had anybody tried this combo on magplar yet..3 x swift plus mist.
does it stack?
I'd consider dropping max magika for a proper escape/kiting skill

I had a magplar use this and kite. Had to sprint with major expedition to stay with him. Either way he died. Wearing wizards reposte and losing 2500 magicka from the jewelry is a big hit to sustain and damage for magplar.

I haven't tried it yet, that is definitely in the works...

I even have alternate jewelry specifically to test it out...

Yes, it stacks. Makes Mist Form into an actual escape skill. But someone with Major Exp + Sprint will still outrun you. So IMO the real power here, is in the basically permanent Major Expedition you get outside of Mistform.

Im doing something similar running Skooma Smuggler/CA with infused potion cooldown jewelry on an Argonian magplar. Mobility is very valuable in Cyrodil...

I run 2x swift on my magplar because he plays healer in a Stam Group and keeping up is very important.

Most clutch healing is done by ultimates anyway.

so I tried it earlier it on..my opinion is that mist form definitly does not give major expedition and even stacked with 3 swift it still feels fairly slow when compared to sprinting with major expedition.. I also lost around 3.5k max magika just by changing from 3 arcane to 3 swift which wasn't ideal as it's quiet noticeable

being mobile is one thing but as I'm almost restricted to playing within my "house" at times it's doesn't matter all that much

Interesting...

Losing that much Max Magicka equates to a loss of around 333 Spell Power...

So all in all, you are losing:

1) 3500 Max Magicka...
2) 333 Spell Power...

While gaining:

1) 30% Movement rate increase with 100% uptime...

Hmmm...

Gotta give that some thought...

Swift x3 might not be the way to go if you actually plan on killing someone solo, and unless you got some good sustain within your build, your already small Magicka pool is gonna be depleted rapidly...

I am sure there is a way to go Swift x3 and make it a success on a Magplar, but its gonna require some serious theory crafting...

I use it healing in organized pvp groups, 3x swift basically keeps me up with the group as I lose rapids when healing . I do lose some max magicka but it takes me from 40k to 37k which is still viable.
