The most obvious (bah, now it is obvious, of course!): interior area don't fit exterior one. It looks like interior is from some other building. For example, if you look at the facade, you will see 2 windows at the 1st floor, when inside you have only one. Also you can see attic there, but, well, no real attic exists, sorry. And it may sound kinda funny (no), but I saw exactly such interior somewhere in the Dominion, which makes this house looks like, well, quickie.
If you are thinking about buying this house, think again.
P.S. I wrote this thread in order to point out shortcomings of this particular house for perfectionists like me.This is post of eternal sadness, because design of Domus Phrasticus will never (NEVER!) change.
Certainly, one always can came up with some fairy-tale explanation, but sometimes you just want things to be right. Today I wanted to decorate this house with dwemer mechanisms. I wanted tubes to lead through house walls, but it can be only implemented when exterior and interior models match. Well, here is a problem, that can't be solved by roleplay explanation, yes?Well obviously some of the space is for your servants. One simply does not enter the servants quarters.
Shame if so.There are a few houses like that where windows do not match. Almost like they had one team design the outside and another the inside with no communication between the two.
Wow, that's a great explanation. Never met him or maybe I just don't remember. Of course, one can think about interior as pocket of Oblivion... but damn it, this chimney. Guess I need to change my main residence after all.NordSwordnBoard wrote: »The house is magically infused. Ever met Phrastus the Scholar? He's in the Imperial sewers, being haughty. Its his way of proving his superiority: he confuses you and scolds you for not understanding.

To my knowledge no other houses have something so ridiculous looking that is not removable. Can I hide it somehow with some other furnishing? Maybe wrap it up in flowers or something? God, it's terrible.
