Hey there, I've had 2 of toons locked in the last 2 days while at my friends ingame house.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this or something.
I lost my mag sorc, something I enjoy playing in PvP

tbagging isnt a bannable offense if they did ban over that thatd bring some major reprecussions on them for wrongful banning.3 -

✭✭I have had that happening. After the second time I inquired with support as to the reasons.
Apparently this was a function implemented to prevent teleporting farm bots that plagued the game during early phase.
The server checks if the distance your character travels is possible to achieve considering the movement buffs active on that char during that time.
The issue is that the timeframe for these checks is very short to prevent "multiple short ports" to slip through the detection, meaning that lag spikes (actually packet loss spikes) could trigger it.
I was given the recommendation to port forward etc. in order to minimize packet loss.6 -

I hope not. That would be quite scary as me and many other people (for few weeks now) have issues with the route that provider Orange takes to ESO server, have to play with VPN to avoid those ping spikes and huge packet loss. have you played halo at all?? tbagging isnt even an offense its purely to do what just talking about it is doing to you. its meant to make you mad thats the whole point. they cant ban you for it and theyd have some big time problems if they ever did ban a person wrongfully because you can go after them if they have wrongfully banned you especially if you have money invested.1 -

nope its not the people who have had that happen hunt the people on purpose(as if your sitting there getting tbagged thats your fault at that point). when you die your bound to be miles away from where you died unless your part of a zerg throwing yourself at something. if the same person is killing you and tbagging you and your always being found by them then you can report them for it. but tbagging is not and never has been a bannable offense.0 -
