Fennec✭✭C:\Program Files (x86) or (x64)\Zenimax Online
And
C:\Users\(yourusername)\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online
Place those 2 maps on an external hardrive and place it back in the same maps on your other pc.
That worked for me.
