Hello i run in to this problem after eat the daily reward food "crown fortifyng meal":
My base stamina is 32.9 k and health 13.4, after eat food (Garlic cod with potato crust max helath +5395 and max stamina +4936) i have 34.2 stamina and 14.5 health instead of 37.8 stamina and 18.8 health.
I've try to shut down all the addons and respec attributes but nothin the problem still remain.

make sure that you remove the food buff completely before you eat the new food. The crown food has been the possible cause, or at least the evidence has pointed to it.1 -
jacecarSoul ShrivenI've found that if I have POISON equipped on the weapon bar when I eat food, my stat totals don't always add up properly.
Quick fix: swap to bar that doesn't have poison equipped. For the life of me I'm not sure why that works.3 -

Yes it was the poison i mean the crown poison.
