Last mages guild quest

My last mages guild quest is glitched and won’t show up is there a way to fix that?

✭✭✭✭✭You have to have a particular level in the Mages Guild to unlock it, acquired by finding lorebooks. I think it's level 5 (maybe 6). Have you reached that level yet?
