Imperial Edition in game extras

Are the treasure maps and pets sent to every new character I make or is it only on the first character I make? I know in game mail is down and maybe affecting this but I have a couple characters I made be fore that happened and did not receive the content on those characters. Thanks.

No, it is sent to the account. Once received, you do not get anything more.

On the bright side, and not so bright side, your bank is account based, so you start off with a shared bank, so alts will be easily outfitted.

I believe the in-game extra's are sent to your first character only, if you did not receive these on your first character I suggest waiting for mail to be back up (if it isn't already, I'm currently at work and cannot check for you) and seeing if you receive the extras then.
If not, I would send a in-game ticket to Zenimax explaining your situation.

ah ok that makes sense why the maps disappear after use. use the gear for a bit then dump it in the bank for later toons. Thanks for the help.

The treasure maps and some of the other perks of the Explorers packs should be available when the game goes live.

But as for the items specific to the Imperial edition you should have gotten those and when I say those I mean the rings of mara through the mail. The horse has to be bought with 1 gold which is basically 1 mob. The rest are all passives like being able to craft imperial gear, or choose an imperial for your character creation, which technically are account wide perks.
